Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times: Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages: o1collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.o1collective@gmail.com with photos and we will resolve the issue.
